My goal is to assist you with sharing your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I have done a lot of work to become my authentic self and I hope you can do the same in this process.

My Philsophy
I'm a person centered therapist that values developing a transparent yet progressive relationship with each client. Therapy can be complex due to stereotypes and stigmas about mental health. If its your first or fifth time in therapy, you should always feel comfortable.

Kids tend to gravitate to me because of my consistency and honest approach. It never feels like I am working because I have a "deep love" for children and establishing healthy family dynamics. A lot of the habits that we do are signs and symptoms of adverse experiences that worked in one point of our lives, but now could be problematic. I have extensive experience working with a variety of clients, as it brings me joy to witness their social and emotional success from therapy. My goal is to make sure children do not fall through the cracks and that families feel heard in their advocacy. I strive to build positive relationships with families as we navigate through the best treatment options for their child(ren).
